- JTC Institutional Services Netherlands B.V. is in turn represented by its jointly authorized directors, Mr Eduard Jurgen Verbeke and Ms Hanneke Olijslagers.
- JTC Institutional Services Netherlands B.V. as director of Stichting PiSquare Foundation is entrusted with the management of the Foundation and is authorized to represent the Foundation and execute its policy. It also keeps records pertaining to the financial position and activities of the Foundation, in conformity with the requirements ensuing from the activities of the Foundation, and prepares the balance sheet and a profit and loss account of the Foundation.
